Occasionally as you browse your photo gallery you may come across two photos that you feel would look good blended together. Photos can be merged to create an artistic look or simply to make a photo more interesting. You can merge photos by using photo editing software with layering capabilities.
Instructions

Open the first photo you want to use in your editing software.
2Create a new layer and paste the second photo you want to use on top of it.
3Arrange the layers so that the photo you want to be more prominent is on the bottom layer.
4Decrease the opacity of the top layer until you have the look you desire.
5Merge the layers and save the photo.
