    Go online to a print-on demand printer that will make posters from your photograph, such as Zazzle.com, Cafepress.com, Shutterfly.com or Snapfish.com. Other sites are available. When printing through sites such as Zazzle.com and Cafepress.com, you can commercially market your posters. Sites such as Shutterfly.com and Snapfish.com are primarily for personal printing.

    Sign up as a member on the site you choose. Typically, these sites require you to sign up for a free membership. Complete the sign-up information on the website's homepage. You will be required to have an email address and create a user name and password.

    Log into your member account, entering your user name and password.

    Click on the option to create a poster and follow the online instructions to create a poster, which will include uploading the digital image of your photograph.
